    Billie will discuss her career in film so far and will highlight the power of film as a medium to generate meaningful change. She will screen her latest short documentary "Fighting to Live, While Waiting To Die" which tells the story of an innocent man on federal death row in the US.

    Peace & Justice Project proudly presents a screening of Fighting to Live, While Waiting to Die which features the story of Billie Allen, who has been on federal death row for over 25 years with a case of innocence. As we approach the 2024 US election his case grows more urgent, with the real threat of a Republican government looming large.

    Screening is followed by Q&A with Jeremy Corbyn MP and Fighting to Live, While Waiting to Die director Billie Melissa Rogan.
